The RS320 is a Roadstar II series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1985.

The RS320 features a basswood body with ivory binding bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez IBZ covered humbucking pickups mounted in chrome pickup rings, a Powerocker synchronized tremolo bridge, a graphite nut, knurled Tek Grip control knobs, Smooth Tuner II machine heads and a side-mounted output jack.

The RS230 and RS240 are similar models with different pickup configurations.

The RS320 was discontinued after 1985.
