The RS205 is a Roadstar II series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1983. It was made in Japan as part of the Roadstar Standard line.

The RS205 features a birch top on a basswood double cutaway body with radiused edges bolted to a maple neck with a 21-fret fingerboard with black dot position markers. Components include a trio of Ibanez Super 6 single coil pickups mounted in a white pickguard with the bridge askew, a synchronized tremolo bridge, Sure Grip II control knobs and Smooth Tuner II tuning machines.

The RS205L is a left-handed version. The RS125 is a similar model with a pair of humbucking pickups. The RS100 is a related model with a fixed bridge and different pickups.

The RS205 was discontinued after 1984.
