The RGT2020 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2003. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
After the introduction of the RGT series with the RGT3120 in 2002, several new models were introduced in 2003, including the RGT2020, RGT3020FM and RGT3020QM.
The RGT2020 features a neck-through body construction with a maple and bubinga neck with mahogany body wings. The neck has a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with offset dot position markers. Components include DiMarzio IBZ pickups, an Edge Pro double locking tremolo, a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.
The RGT220H replaced the RGT2020 in 2005.
