The RGT1270PB is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2022 . It is produced in Indonesia as part of the mid-tier Premium line.
The RGT1270PB features neck through body construction with a 3mm thick poplar burl top on American basswood body wings attached to a maple and walnut Wizard III neck with an ebony fingerboard with acrylic and abalone split block position markers, and 24 stainless steel jumbo frets with Premium edge treatment. Components include a pair of DiMarzio humbucking pickups with Air Norton and Tone Zone humbuckers flanking a True Velvet single-coil , an Edge double locking tremolo bridge, cosmo black hardware, and Gotoh machine heads.
The RGT1220PB is a similar model without the middle pickup and with gold hardware.
