The RGT1221PB is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2022. It is produced in Indonesia as part of the mid-tier Premium line.

The RGT1220PB features neck through body construction with a 3mm thick poplar burl top on an American basswood body wings attached to a maple and walnut Wizard III neck with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard with acrylic & abalone block inlays, stainless steel jumbo frets with Premium edge treatment. Components include a pair of DiMarzio humbucking pickups with an Air Norton at the neck and Tone Zone at the bridge, independently mounted Mono-rail fixed bridges, cosmo black hardware, and Gotoh MG-T locking machine heads.

The RGT1220PB is a similar model with a double locking tremolo bridge and gold hardware.
