The RGRT421 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2018. It was made in Indonesia.

The RGRT421 features a neck through body construction with mahogany body wings mated to a maple and walnut Wizard III neck with a reverse headstock and a 24-fret jatoba fingerboard with white dot position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Quantum humbucking pickups mounted in pickup rings, a fixed bridge, and die-cast tuning machines.

For 2019 the mahogany body wings were replaced with nyatoh. For 2020 the bridge was replaced with the F106.

The RGRT621DPB is a similar model with a poplar burl top, DiMarzio pickups, and sharktooth position markers.
