The RGR620 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1996.

The RGR620 features a light ash body bolted to a maple Wizard neck with a reverse headstock and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and sharktooth position markers. Components include a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge, dual Ibanez Quantum direct mount humbucking pickups and Gotoh tuning machines. It shares a similar control layout to the JPM100 John Petrucci signature model.

The RG620BM (1996) is a related model with a burl mahogany top on a mahogany body, a Wizard II neck and a conventional headstock.

The RGR620 was discontinued after two years in production.
