The RGR580, also known as the RGR580M, is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1998. It was made in Japan by FujiGen.

The RGR580 features a mahogany body bolted to a maple neck with a reverse headstock and a 24-fret maple fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include Ibanez pickups with a pair of V6F humbuckers direct mounted to the body without pickup rings flanking an RTS single-coil, an original Edge double locking tremolo bridge and a locking nut.

The RGR580 was also available left-handed as the RGR580L and with a normal headstock and rosewood fingerboard as the RG580. It was available only in Japan.
