The RGR5227MF is a seven string RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2019. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line. It is a spot model sold exclusively by Japanese retailer Ikebe Gakki.

The RGR5227MF features a flame top on an African mahogany body bolted to a maple and wenge neck with a reverse headstock and a birdseye maple fingerboard with 24 stainless steel frets, offset mother of pearl dot position markers and luminescent side dots. Components include a pair of Bare Knuckle Brute Force humbucking pickups, a Lo-Pro Edge 7 double locking tremolo bridge and Gotoh tuning machines.

The RGR5220MF is a similar six string model. The RGR5227MFX is a related model with an ash top and a fixed bridge.
