The RGR4627FXE is a seven string RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2019. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The RGR4627FXE features a basswood body with white binding bolted to a maple and walnut Super Wizard neck with a reverse headstock and a 24-fret Macassar ebony fingerboard with white binding and no position markers besides luminescent side dots. Components include a pair of active EMG humbucking pickups with brushed chrome covers, a Gibraltar Standard II-7 fixed bridge, a Graph Tech Black TUSQ XL nut and locking Gotoh tuning machines.
The RGR4620E is a related six string model with a tremolo bridge.
The RGR4627FXE was discontinued after 2020.
