The RGR321EX, also referred to as the RG321EX, is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2007.

The RGR321EX features a basswood body with top binding bolted to a maple neck with a reversed headstock and a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include dual humbucking pickups and a hard-tail bridge.

For 2008, the discontinued Designed by EMG pickups were replaced by Ibanez Infinity pickups. In 2010, the RGR321EX was updated with the Gibraltar Standard bridge. In 2011, the Wizard II neck was replaced by the Wizard III.

The RGR321EX was discontinued after 2013.
