The RGR1220 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2001. It's part of the high end Prestige line.

The RGR1220 features a basswood body bolted to a maple and bubinga Super Wizard neck with a reverse headstock and 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and sharktooth position markers. Components include a pair of DiMarzio humbucking pickups, a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge and a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines. The only controls are volume and a 5-way pickup selector; no tone control.

The RGR1220 was available only in Japan and was discontinued after 2002.
