The RGIX27FEQM is a seven-string RG series solid body electric guitar offered by Ibanez. It was introduced in late 2013 as the RGIR27QMFX. The name was changed to RGIR27QMFX for the year 2014. It was made in Indonesia as part of the metal focused Iron Label line.

The RGIX27FEQM features a quilted maple top with abalone purfling and black binding on a basswood body bolted to a Nitro Wizard-7 maple and bubinga neck with an ebony fingerboard with binding and no position inlays. Components include a Gibraltar Standard II fixed bridge, a pair of active EMG humbucking pickups and a kill switch. The abalone from the body extends onto the headstock as well.

The RGIR27FE is similar except without the quilted maple top and ebony fretboard. The RGIX20FEQM is a similar six-string model. The RGIX28FEQM is a similar eight-string model. The RGIX27FESM is a similar model with a spalted maple top and black hardware.

The RGIX27FEQM was discontinued in 2015.
