The RGIR28BFE is an eight string RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2015. It was produced in Indonesia as part of the metal focused Iron Label line.
The RGIR28BFE features a mahogany body bolted to a maple and walnut Nitro Wizard neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with no position inlays. Components include a Gibraltar Standard II fixed bridge, dual active EMG humbucking pickups and a kill switch.
The RGIR28FE is a similar model except that it has a basswood body and cosmo black hardware.
