The RGIR27BE is a seven string RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2015. It was produced in Indonesia as part of the metal focused Iron Label line.
The RGIR27BE features a mahogany body with white binding bolted to a maple and bubinga Nitro Wizard-7 neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with white binding and no inlays. Components include an Edge Zero II-7 double locking tremolo bridge, a pair of active EMG humbucking pickups and a kill switch.
The RGIR27BFE is a similar model with a fixed bridge. The RGIR27E is another similar model with a basswood body and cosmo black hardware.
The RGIR27BE was discontinued after 2016 and replaced by the RGIR37BE.
