The RGIB21 is an RG series baritone solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez for 2020. It is made in Indonesia as part of the metal-focused Iron Label line. It replaced the similar RGIB6.
The RGIB21 features a basswood body with white binding bolted to a maple and purpleheart Nitro Baritone neck with a 28" scale and a 24-fret jatoba fingerboard with binding and small offset white dot position markers. Components include dual EMG active humbucking pickups, a Gibraltar Standard II fixed bridge, and Ibanez tuners.
For 2021 the neck was changed to a maple and bubinga construction and the fretboard was changed to rosewood.
For 2022 the RGIB21 was moved from the Iron Label to the Standard line.
