The RGH57 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2012. It is a signature guitar of Italian guitarist Davide Civaschi (a.k.a. Cesareo) who is best known for his work with Elio e le Storie Tese.

The RGH57 features a basswood body bolted to a maple Wizard II neck with a 24-fret maple fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include dual DiMarzio humbucking pickups mounted with pickup rings and an Edge III double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut.

The RGTH57 is an earlier model with neck through body construction.

The RGH57 was discontinued in 2013. A similar model, the RGH57II, was offered in 2017.
