The RGDR4427FX is a seven string RGD series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2021. It was produced in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The RGD series guitars have a body based on the RG series but with special bevels and deep scoop cuts in the horns. They also have extra long 26½" scale necks.
The RGDR4427FX features a Richlite top on an ash body bolted to a titanium reinforced maple and wenge neck with a 24-fret Maccasar ebony fingerboard with offset Luminlay dot position markers and Luminlay side dots. Components include a pair of DiMarzio Fusion Edge humbuckers, a set of individual Monorail fixed bridges and Gotoh locking tuning machines.
The RGDR4327 is a related model with an African mahogany back and a double locking tremolo bridge.
