The RGDIR6M is an RGD series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2018. It was produced in Indonesia as part of the metal-focused Iron Label line.
The RGDIR6M features a mahogany body bolted to a Nitro Wizard maple and purpleheart neck with a 24-fret birdseye maple fingerboard with offset black dot position markers and luminescent side dots. Components include a Gibraltar Standard II fixed bridge, a pair of white DiMarzio Fusion Edge humbucking pickups and Gotoh locking tuning machines.
For 2019 the mahogany body was replaced with nyatoh.
The RGDIR7M is a seven string version. The RGDIX6MPB is a related model with a poplar burl top on an ash body.
The RGDIR6M was discontinued after 2019.
