RGD7UC ISH
RGD7UC Invisible Shadow Red copyright sprite

The RGD7UC is a seven string RGD series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2014. It is one of the initial models in the new Prestige Uppercut series which slots above the Prestige line.

The RGD7UC features a basswood body bolted to a 26.5" (672mm) long-scale maple and wenge Wizard-7 neck with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard with binding and no position markers. Components include dual Bare Knuckle humbucking pickups, a Tight-End R fixed bridge, and Gotoh locking tuning machines.

The RGD2127FX is similar, except for the pickups and fretboard material.

An updated model with stainless steel frets, the RGD7UCS was introduced for 2017, replacing this model.
