The RGD61ALMS is a multi-scaleRGD series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2019. It was produced in Indonesia as part of the metal focused Axion Label line.
The RGD series guitars have a body based on the RG series but with special bevels and deep scoop cuts in the horns. They also have extra long scale necks.
The RGD61ALMS features a nyatoh body bolted to a panga panga and walnut neck with a Macassar ebony fingerboard with 24 Sub Zero treated fanned frets and white step offset dot position markers. Components include a pair of Fishman Fluence Modern Ceramic humbucking pickups, a Mono-rail fixed bridge, Gotoh locking tuning machines and Schaller S-Lock strap lock pins. It also has luminescent side dots and Ibanez headstock logo.
The RGD61AL is a related model with a standard neck. The RGD71ALMS is a similar seven string model without the flamed maple top.
