The RGA72TQM is an RGA series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2010.

The RGA72TQM features a mahogany body with a quilted maple top mated to a set-in titanium-reinforced maple neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with sharks fin/ wave position markers. Components include dual, covered Ibanez LoZ active humbucking pickups and an Edge III double locking tremolo bridge. A special feature is the active EQ switch which activates a mid-cut.

The RGA72QM is a similar model with a fixed bridge.

The RGA72TQM was replaced for 2011 with the RGA72TQMZ which has the new Edge Zero II tremolo.

Active EQ Toggle

The RGA72TQM features an Active EQ controlled with an on/off toggle switch. This EQ allows a bass/treble boost while cuttings mid frequencies.
