The RGA622XH is an RGA series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2023. It is produced in Japan by FujiGen as one of the initial models in the Axe Design Lab line.

The RGA622XH features a sculpted African mahogany body bolted to a maple and walnut Wizard HP neck with a 27-fret Macassar ebony fingerboard with binding, mother of pearl offset dot position markers and Luminlay side dots. Components include a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge, a pair of Dimarzio pickups with a The Tone Zone humbucker at the bridge and an Air Norton S blade-style single-coil sized humbucker mounted askew at the neck, and Gotoh tuning machines.
