The RGA61AL is an RGA series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2019. It is made in Indonesia as part of the metal focused Axion Label line.
The RGA61AL features a flamed maple top on a sculpted nyatoh body bolted to a panga panga and walnut Nitro Wizard neck with a Macassar ebony fingerboard with 24 Sub Zero treated frets and white step offset dot position markers. Components include a Gibraltar Standard II fixed bridge, dual Bare Knuckle Aftermath humbucking pickups with burnt chrome covers and coil-split capability, locking Gotoh tuning machines and Schaller S-Lock strap lock pins.
The RGAR61AL is a similar spot model with a reversed headstock. The RGA71AL is a similar seven string model. The RGA60AL is a related model with an ash body and a tremolo bridge. The RGA61ALN is a related model with DiMarzio pickups and without the flamed maple top.
The RGA61AL was discontinued in all markets except Japan after 2021. It was completely discontinued after 2022.
