The RGA427Z is a seven string RGA series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2010. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.

The RGA427Z features a flamed maple top with natural binding on a sculpted mahogany body bolted to a maple and walnut neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include dual, covered Ibanez active humbucking pickups with an Active EQ control, an Edge Zero 7 double locking tremolo bridge with a removable ZPS tuning stabilizer and Gotoh tuning machines.

The RGA427Z was among the first RGA models equipped with a tremolo, along its six string sibling, the RGA420Z and the RGA220Z.

The RGA427Z was discontinued in 2012.
