The RG970QMZ is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2018. It was produced in Indonesia as part of the mid-tier Premium line.
The RG970QMZ features a quilted maple top on an American basswood body bolted to a panga pang, maple, walnut and purpleheart Wizard neck with a 24-fret panga panga fretboard with binding, offset mother of pearl dot position markers and luminescent side dots. The RG950FMZ is a similar model with a flamed maple top and a pickguard.
The RG970QMZ was discontinued after 2018.
