The RG950WFMZ is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2017. It was made in Indonesia as part of the mid-tier Premium line.
The RG950WFMZ features an American basswood body with a flamed maple top bolted to a wenge and bubinga Wizard neck with a wenge fingerboard with binding and offset dot position markers. Components include DiMarzio IBZ pickups mounted in a black pickguard with a pair of humbuckers flanking a single-coil and an Edge Zero II double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut and a removable ZPS tuning stabilizer.
The RG950QMZ is similar model with a quilted maple top and a white pearloid pickguard which was discontinued in 2014. The RG970WQMZ is a similar model with a quilted top, a rosewood fretboard and no pickguard.
