The RG920Z is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2012. It is made in Indonesia as part of the mid-grade Premium line. This model is referred to as simply the RG920 in the US catalogs, which often omit the Z suffix denoting the Edge Zero bridge.
The RG920Z features an American basswood body bolted to a titanium reinforced maple and walnut Wizard Premium neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with offset pearloid dot position markers. Components include dual DiMarzio Ibanez humbucking pickups and an Edge Zero II double locking tremolo bridge with a removable ZPS tuning stabilizer and a locking nut.
The RG920QMZ is a similar model with a quilted maple top. The RG870Z is another similar model with Ibanez pickups.
