RG8570 Royal Blue Sapphire (more images)

The RG8570 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2023. It is produced in Japan by FujiGen as part of the high-end J Custom line. It replaced the RG8570Z which is very similar but has an Edge Zero tremolo.

The RG8570 features a 4mm thick AAA flamed maple top on an African mahogany body bolted to a maple and wenge neck with Velvetouch finish and a 24-fret Macassar ebony fingerboard with flamed maple binding and a Tree of Life vine inlay. Components include a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge, DiMarzio pickups with Air Norton and Tone Zone humbuckers flanking a True Velvet single-coil, recessed Easy Access control knobs, Gotoh tuning machines, and Gotoh strap locks.

The RG8570EM is a similar model with an exotic maple top. The RG8520 is a similar model without the middle pickup.
