The RG8427F is a seven string RG series solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez in 2006. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the J Custom line.
The RG8427F features a AAA flamed maple top on a mahogany body bolted to a maple and wenge neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and Tree of Life vine position markers. Components include a pair of DiMarzio humbucking pickups, an Edge Pro 7 double locking tremolo bridge and Gotoh tuning machines.
The RG8327 is a related model with an alder body, EMG pickups and offset dot fretboard inlays.
