The RG827Z is a seven string RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2011. It was produced in Indonesia as part of the mid-tier Premium line.
The RG827Z features an American basswood body bolted to a titanium reinforced maple and walnut Wizard 7 neck with offset dot position markers, a pair of Ibanez CAP-VM humbucking pickups and an Edge Zero II 7 double locking tremolo bridge with a removable ZPS3Fe tuning stabilizer.
The RG827QMZ is a similar model with a quilted maple top.
