The RG820QM is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1998. It was a limited production spot model which never appeared in an annual catalog.

The RG820QM features an alder body with a quilted maple top bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position makers. Components include dual Ibanez Quantum humbucking pickups, a low profile double locking tremolo bridge, a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.

The RG820QM was available only in Japan.
