The RG7680LTD-1 know as RG7680 is a seven string baritone limited edition RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2000. It was made in Japan by FujiGen.
This is the first baritone 7 string guitar model Ibanez ever made. "A development prototype for what became the RG1077XL"
The RG7680LTD-1 features a Basswood body bolted into a 5 piece maple/bubinga Wizard-7 27" Prestige baritone neck with a rosewood fingerboard with glow in the dark dots , Glow in the dark binding for the body neck and headstock. Other feaures are a Lo Pro Edge 7 double locking tremolo bridge ,The DiMarzio RG-7 pickups, also known as "Custom 7" or just simply "DiMarzio 7" pickups, were specially made for Ibanez.
The RG7680 was limited to only 25 units in Grey finish for the European market and 25 units in Purple finish wordlwide. It was only produced in 2000.
