This RG760FM features a a flamed maple top on a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fretboard with binding and offset dot position markers. Components include Ibanez Quantum pickups with a humbucker at the bridge and single-coils in the middle and neck positions a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines. The pickups and controls for this model are not mounted to the pickguard, but are mounted to the body with the pickguard being mounted directly to the top.
