The RG752MQFXS is a seven-string RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2016. It was a spot model which was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The RG752MQFXS features a quilted maple top on a mahogany body bolted to a maple and walnut Wizard neck with a matching headstock and a 24-fret birdseye maple fingerboard with no inlays. Components include a Gibraltar Standard II-7 fixed bridge, dual DiMarzio PAF7 humbucking pickups, a Graph Tech nut and locking Gotoh tuning machines.
This model was produced as a special limited run put together by US retailer The Axe Palace for whom twelve examples were produced. A few additional guitars were also sold in Japan through Ikebe Gakki.
The RG752LWFX is a similar model with at limba wood top while the RG752WMFX is a version with a wenge top. The RG752FX is a related model without an exotic top.
The RG752MQFXS was discontinued after 2017.
