The RG752MFS is a seven-string RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2017. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The RG752MFS features a flamed maple top with white binding on a mahogany body bolted to a maple and wenge neck with a 24-fret birdseye maple fingerboard with offset abalone dot position markers. Components include dual DiMarzio humbucking pickups, a Lo-Pro Edge 7 double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.
The RG752MFS is a spot model which was configured on behalf of some users of the Facebook group "Ibanez RG Series Fans" in conjunction with Killerburst Guitars which is the exclusive North American dealer for this model. It is believed that a total of 39 examples of the model were produced, with 12 being sold through Killerburst and the rest offered by select retailers primarily in Europe.
The RGR752FM is a similar model with a reverse headstock and a rosewood fretboard. The RG752 is a related model with a basswood body and rosewood fingerboard. The RG752AHM is another related model with an ash body. The RG752FMMS is another limited run guitar which is very similar except it has a purple burst finish and no fretboard inlays. The RG752MQM is a similar model with a quilted maple top and different fretboard inlays.
The RG752MFS was offered only in 2017.
