The RG7421EX is a seven string RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2024. It is made in Indonesia as part of the Standard line.

The RG7421EX features a meranti body with multi-binding a matte black finish bolted to a maple Wizard II-7 neck with a 24-fret jatoba fingerboard with white dot position markers and black side dots. Components include a pair of direct-mounted Quantum 7 humbucking pickups, an F107 fixed bridge, die-cast machine heads, a mono-unit output jack with integrated metal plate, and black hardware.

The RG7420EX is a similar model with tremolo bridge. The RG421EX is a six string version.
