The RG7421 is a seven-string RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2013. It is essentially a seven-string version of the RG421.

The RG7421 has a fixed bridge and dual Ibanez humbucker pickups. The body was originally basswood, but it was changed to mahogany for 2015.

A similar model with a tremolo bridge is the RG7420. A version with an exotic poplar burl top, the RG7421PB, is also offered.

A guitar with the same model number was a previously available between 2000 and 2003.
