The Ibanez RG7421 is an RG series electric guitar model introduced in 2000. It replaced the classic RG7621BK. In 2002 Ibanez relase another model of RG7421 with the name RG7421XLGN Made in japan featuring V7-7, V8-7 pickups, wizard neck and fixed bridge. And is considered part of prestige series of the 2002. In 2003, the RG7421 was discontinued but returned in 2013 as the new RG7421Bk featuring AH17 and the AH27 Humbucker. Now made in Indonesia.
