The RG721FM is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2015. It was produced in Indonesia as part of the mid tier Premium line.

The RG721FM features a flamed maple top with abalone purfling and white binding on an American basswood body bolted to a maple and walnut Wizard Premium neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with white binding and offset dot position markers. Components include dual Ibanez humbucking pickups and a Tight End-R fixed bridge.

The RG721FM is a right-handed version.

The RG721FML was sold in the USA exclusively by music retailer Xtreme Lefty Guitars.

The RG721FML was discontinued after 2017.
