The RG652FMMS is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2016. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The RG652FMMS features a flamed maple top with white binding on a mahogany body bolted to a maple and wenge neck with a 24-fret birdseye maple fingerboard with no inlays. Components include dual DiMarzio humbucking pickups, an original Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.
The RG652FMMS is a spot model which was part of a special run put together by the Wired Guitarist website. Only 27 examples of this model were sold. The RG752FMMS is a similar seven-string model. The RG652FMMSF is a version with a fixed bridge that was offered in 2017.
