The RG621 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2002.

The RG621 features a mahogany body with a quilted maple top bolted to a maple Ultra neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with black dot position markers. Components include a fixed bridge and dual Ibanez humbucking pickups.

The RG620QM is a similar model with a double locking tremolo bridge and a quilted maple top.
