The RG620BM is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 1995 or 1996. It was made in Japan by FujiGen.

The RG620BM features a burl mahogany top on a mahogany body bolted to a maple Wizard neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge, dual Ibanez Quantum humbucking pickups and Gotoh tuning machines. It shares a similar control layout with the JPM100 John Petrucci signature model.

The RGR620 is a related model with an ash body, a Wizard neck with sharktooth position markers and a reverse headstock. The RG4020QM is a related spot model with a quilted maple top.

This RG620BM was replaced for 1997 with a new version which has a different control layout and a different neck.
