The RG560 Custom Flame is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1987. It was made in Japan by FujiGen in the first year of production after Ibanez had updated the design of their Roadstar II series range of instruments to the RG range that prevails to this day.
The RG560 "Fire Flames" features a basswood body bolted to a maple Wizard neck with a 24-fret fingerboard with dots position markers on the fretboard and side of the neck. Components include Ibanez pickups with a DiMarzio IBZ/USA F2humbucker at the bridge and a pair of IBZ S1single-coils in the neck and middle positions, an Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.
This model was only produced in 1987 & in a few examples.
