The RG535 is a solid body electric guitar mode introduced by Ibanez in 1989 as part of the Roadstar II series which eventually became the RG series. It was produced in Japan by FujiGen.

The RG535 features a basswood body bolted to a maple Wizard neck with a 24-fret maple or rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a trio of Ibanez Super 8A single coil pickups mounted in a black pickguard and an Edge double locking tremolo bridge. It is one of the few RG models with an SSS pickup configuration.

The RG540 is a similar model with a humbucking pickup at the bridge. The RG550 is a related model with humbuckers at the neck and bridge.

The RG535 was available only in Japan and was produced only in 1989.
