The RG5121ET is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2023. It is produced in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line as well at the new for 2023 Axe Design Lab range.

The RG5121ET features an African mahogany body with white binding bolted to a maple and wenge neck with a Macassar ebony fingerboard with 24 stainless steel frets, white binding, offset mother of pearl dot position markers, and luminescent side dots. Components include a pair Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker Ceramic humbucking pickups, an Evertune bridge, Gotoh tuning machines, and black hardware.

The RG5121 is a similar model with a standard fixed bridge.
