The RG5121 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2019. It is made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the high-end Prestige line.
The RG5121 features an African mahogany body with white binding bolted to a maple and wenge neck with a Macassar ebony fingerboard with 24 stainless steel frets, white binding, offset mother of pearl dot position markers and luminescent side dots. Components include a pair of Fishman Fluence Modern humbucking pickups with ceramic magnets, a Gibraltar Standard II fixed bridge, a Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut, and Gotoh tuning machines.
For 2025 the bridge was changed to Gibraltar Standard III.
The RG5121L is a left-handed version. The RG5121ET is a similar model with an Evertune bridge. The RG5120M is a related tremolo-equipped model with an ash top and birdseye maple fretboard.
