The RG5120M is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2019. It is made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the high-end Prestige line.
The RG5120M features an ash top with white binding on an African mahogany body bolted to a maple and wenge neck with a birdseye maple fingerboard with 24 stainless steel frets, white binding, offset mother of pearl dot position markers and luminescent side dots. Components include a pair of Fishman Fluence Modern humbucking pickups with ceramic magnets, a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge and Gotoh tuning machines.
The RG5121 is a related hard-tail model without the ash top and with a Macassar ebony fretboard. The RG5170G is a related model with a middle single-coil pickup, Macassar ebony fretboard and gold hardware. The RG652AM is a similar spot model with DiMarzio pickups.
