The RG507 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 1995. It was made in Japan by FujiGen.
The RG507 features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a black headstock and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include an Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut, Ibanez pickups with a pair of humbuckers mounted in pickup rings flanking a single-coil and Gotoh tuning machines.
The RG505 is a similar model with a pickguard. The RG570 is a similar model which is sold in other markets. The RG517 is a virtually identical model with special flaked finishes which was offered in 1996 & 1997. The RG502BE is a related model with a birdseye maple top and without the middle pickup.
