The RG450 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1992. This version of the RG450 was produced in Japan by FujiGen.

The RG450 was offered as a more affordable alternative for the RG550. The Japanese models still featured Ibanez American Designed pickups, a rosewood fingerboard and an Edge tremolo not unlike (early) RG550 models, but had a beefier standard neck joint and a square output jack plate.

This was the first guitar model to be known under that model name, that was reused for two other models: a Korean made model that replaced the original in 1994 and a limited production run model from 2009.
